Bel hôtel mais pas entretenu. Terrasses à l abandon avec fauteuil troués et personnel pas formé qui parle mal anglais et très peu français Réceptions qui font un bruit énorme et gêne le séjour et spa nul

Location moderna ben diretta e gestita. Ottima scelta per qualche giorno di relax o una sosta direzione Basilicata o Puglia. Camere pulite e ampie, con un design in alcuni casi poco funzionale. Colazione a-la-carte migliorabile, ristorante di sushi con un menu troppo limitato. Ottima invece la pizzeria. Carina la SPA. La piscina è il punto di forza: grandissima e divertente per adulti e bambini. Bravo e gentile lo staff del pool bar.

+ : gentillesse du personnel, piscine(prêt des serviettes), petit déjeuner servi à table, beau complexe - : chambre 102 évacuation douche à revoir (inondation de la salle d’eau à chaque douche), ménage à revoir également (cheveux), taches sur les draps, wifi capricieux, hôtel isolé (rien à faire autour), la jolie fontaine n’est pas activé tout le temps... Nuit du 22 au 23/08/25 chaotique ! La direction a omis de prévenir ses clients qu’ils avaient loué un espace pour une soirée privée et que le DJ de fête foraine allait s’en donner à cœur-joie jusqu’à 3h du matin ! Insonorisation des chambres (102-104) pas à la hauteur et murs qui vibrent avec les basses… vraiment, une honte ! Personnel sur place désolé et compréhensif (la Direction n’était pas là pour assurer les réclamations la nuit et le matin !)

Non conoscevo Borgo San Barbato, ma sono rimasta davvero estasiata da tutto quello che ho vissuto. Essendo stata l' organizzatrice di un addio al nubilato, mi sono confrontata più volte con tutto lo staff sia telefonicamente che via mail per concordare i dettagli dell' evento, e ho trovato fin da subito cordialità, disponibilità e massima professionalità nel ricordare ogni dettaglio. Durante il soggiorno poi ho sperimentato personalmente tutta la professionalità che permea ogni aspetto di questo luogo. Dalla struttura, passando per le camere, la pulizia, l' attenzione ai dettagli, la spa, i ristoranti, il cibo, la pasticceria, tutto era eccellente; e soprattutto tutto il personale qualificato, gentilissimo e disponibile, dalla reception, alla spa, ai ristoranti. Ciliegina sulla torta, dopo un sonno ristoratore in una camera comodissima, l' abbondante e squisita colazione servita sempre in modo impeccabile. Grazie di tutto. Consiglio vivamente!!!

Il servizio in piscina è incommentabile, non c'è attenzione e cura verso il cliente, i bagni non hanno la chiave, il fondo della piscina è sabbioso e il cibo non è buono. Non quello che ci si aspetta. In definitiva:pessimo rapporto qualitá-prezzo.

Personale qualificato e molto professionale. Sono rimasta veramente colpita dalla gentilezza iniziando da chi ci ha accolto alla reception , alla spa, al ristorante Don Alfonso. Una sala bellissima che si affaccia sulle fontane che fanno uno spettacolo unico.Ci sono varie scelte di menù degustazione noi abbiamo optato per il percorso Natura. Location incantevole, unica nel suo genere, curata nei minimi particolari. Personale disponibile alle esigenze degli ospiti. Abbiamo fruito della SPA (fornita di tutti i servizi possibili) e cenato presso la pizzeria Proxima. Camere arredate finemente e dotate di ogni comfort. Pulizia impeccabile in ogni ambiente. La colazione servita ai tavoli ,si può scegliere salato o dolce. Ho preferito quella dolce con dei croissant davvero molto buoni. Siamo Siciliani e ci rammarichiamo di aver scoperto solo ora questa bella location. Tutto molto ricercato ,design moderno e di effetto. Il parcheggio illuminato con dei sensori blu con tante palme e giardini curatissimi. Mi è sembrata una oasi nel deserto. Non so quando ci ritornerò ma di sicuro porterò con me un bel ricordo e ne parlerò con i miei amici e colleghi. Ringrazio tutto lo staff del San Barbato Resort per avermi fatto trascorrere giornate piacevolissime. Ad maiora semper..!

Struttura curata nel minimo dettaglio dove regna la gentilezza e cortesia di tutto lo staff la nostra suite pulita profumata e kit di cortesia amplio non manca propio niente Cibo alta qualità e variegato dalla pizza al sushi oppure se si vuole fare un’esperienza consiglio il don Alfonso ristorante stellato Colazione con prodotti dolci e salati preparati dalla pasticceria per non parlare dei dolci di iginio massari Oppure una degustazione vini e food col signor Mario responsabile sommelier persona dalle conoscenze infinite Spa bellissima massaggio top la responsabile Lucia con la sua collaboratrice Mirjana sono due professionali oltre ad essere gentili Benvenuti nel lusso

Premessa… pizza eccellente e personale della pizzeria Proxima molto preparato, professionale e gentilissimo. Sono un cliente affezionatissimo di questa struttura, in particolar modo della pizzeria (ho anche prenotato qualche volta). Essendo un possessore di una Tesla Model Y Performance, con l’occasione, ho sempre “rabboccato” (circa 15 kWh) durante la cena (in pizzeria o presso il ristorante Don Alfonso). Questa sera, ho notato che nessuna della 4 colonnine installate erano funzionanti. Recatomi alla reception, ho chiesto gentilmente se ci fossero dei problemi alle wall connector Tesla. Era presente, oltre al gentilissimo ed empatico addetto alla reception, anche il Direttore LADISA ANTONIO che, deridendo e con atteggiamento arrogante, riferiva che la ricarica, in attesa dell’installazione del contatore dei kWh, era a pagamento per la “modica” somma di € 30 (praticamente un furto). Facevo notare che in un’ora e mezzo avrei caricato al massimo 15 kWh, in considerazione che la colonnina wall connector Tesla ha potenza di 11 kw. VERGOGNOSO, a dir poco, il comportamento tenuto del Direttore LADISA. Non metterò mai più piede in questo locale per colpa dell’arroganza, antipatia e presunzione del direttore su citato.
